Good location, quiet district. Daily cleaning. Comfortable bed, smart TV. Attentive staff, no insects. Nice pool and surrounding area. Spacious room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was perfectly clean and surpassed my expectations. The staff, although they didn't speak English, were nice and helpful. The hotel provided enough parking slots, convenient for me. the location was ideal as it was not far from the city center, close to the bus terminal, and in a safe area.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to the bus terminal. Although not near the beautiful famous beaches, it offers easy access to public transportation. The rooms are as depicted in the pictures, with a fridge in some of them. The staff, although not the friendliest, is willing to accommodate guests' requests, even if it takes some persistence.
Wifi connection is poor, and in some rooms, there is a lack of hot water.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering complimentary water and coffee. The location provides a more local experience, away from tourist areas. There are excellent local restaurants within a short walk. a pleasant stay.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Cancun. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - always there to answer any questions I had or offer recommendations. Secondly, the rooms were well-equipped and had everything I needed, including a fridge to keep my drinks cool. Lastly, the location was convenient as it was close to both the ferry terminal and the bus terminal, making it easy for me to explore different parts of the area. I found this hotel to be great value for money with its attention to detail and basic amenities.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.
